Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the USA

We are happy to offer you a flat rate shipping to Canada for $15, USA $18

Free shipping for any orders over $150

We reserve the right to refund payment and void sales at anytime.

We also offer a pick-up in-store option, please click this option when checking out, and an email will be sent when your order is ready.

Returns

We want you to love your shopping experience with Jenny Joans.  If for some reason you are just not happy with your item call us back to request return authorization.

Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Accessories, swimwear, lingerie, underwear, leggings, cosmetic and beauty items, and gift-wear are non-returnable.

Additional non-returnable items: All Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization #.  Please call 1-306-634-1033 to obtain return information.

Jenny Joans does not provide return shipping labels.  All returns are made at the customers expense.

Any item not in it's original conditions, worn, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be credited.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be credited.

Any items without a Return Authorization # will be refused.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jenny.joans@sasktel.net

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to availability.  If you need to exchange please obtain a Return Authorization number by calling 306-634-1033 or emailing us at infojenny@sasktel.net and then re-order the item as needed.  Our return shipping address is:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping an item back, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
